FAQ

Functional medicine addresses the root causes of disease using a systems-oriented approach, rather than on treating the symptoms alone.

Functional nutrition is an integrative, science-based healthcare approach that takes into account the bio individual needs of each person, along with internal (body & mind) and external (physical & social) factors.

When you work with us, we use a food-as-medicine approach and consider your entire lifestyle.

Functional health takes into consideration your diet AND your lifestyle to understand the body as a whole and how it relates to your environment. It emphasizes nutrient dense foods and habit changes focused on sleep, stress, exercise, connection and purpose.

Instead of relying on a quick fix to mask the problem, functional health practitioners look for the underlying root cause of your symptoms.

For example, someone suffering from anxiety might feel better once they incorporate foods to heal their gut and start making small changes around managing stress.

A functional health coach will help tailor the clients needs to their own unique lifestyle. Clients work together with the coach to find their own solutions, which is key for successful, long term habit change.

“Functional health isn’t just the absence of disease, it’s a state of optimal wellness.”

-Dr. Mark Hyman.

I’ll help you decide! Email me to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation.

You can share your latest medical reports ( last 6 months), but we don’t diagnose or claim to treat any health conditions.

It’s a 1:1 Virtual session (via Zoom), but if you are in Bangkok and would like to discuss it in person, we can discuss the same.

The program is completely bio individual. Once we have assessed your health goals and your NAQ forms, we can have a chat around supplementation. But we completely focus on a nutrient-dense diet.

If you wish to enrol in any of the programs, you can let us know, and we can share the payment details with you.
