Ask questions, share updates, and get real time support between sessions. During the program we will be in constant communication via email or messengers like line or whatsapp. There will also be scheduled follow up session, but in between communication will be the key. This is essential, because we will meet you where you are

  • If you feel overwhelmed initially of what to buy and where to procure whole foods.
  • If you travelling or socializing and cant decide what will be the best option.
  • If you experience some gastric discomforts or allergies or any untowards symptoms please communicate urgently!
